On February 6, 2023, the New York State Supreme Court in Richmond County preliminarily approved a class action settlement of the wage and hour claims of approximately 160 automotive salespersons who worked for Dana Motors, Ltd. between November 26, 2013 and November 26, 2019, in the case Boreham v. Dana Motors, Ltd. A final approval hearing will be held by the Court on June 7, 2023.
